However, we may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access to purchased content that we cannot resolve
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Unauthorized transactions on your account

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before substantial content has been accessed.

2. Live Consultations

For live consultation services:

• Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund available
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or rescheduling option
• No-show: No refund available
• Technical issues on our end: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:

• Order number or transaction ID
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request
• Any relevant supporting documentation

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Digital products that have been fully accessed or downloaded
• Completed consultation sessions
• Gift purchases (subject to gift policy)
